Now we’ve had a minute to ourselves we’d like to thank all customers who kept us busy in the last week by either visiting, phoning or messaging! Notably, we send our thanks to all who abided by our new safety measures to keep us and you out of risk.
Our one out/one in system is working very well along with our free delivery service which has been in place since day one.
Closing our doors at 1pm has given us a bit of breathing space to get all of our deliveries done, it’s also been giving us time to assure the quality of our products are kept to the same standard as usual and that our counter displays are fully prepared for the next day.
Finally, special thanks to Norma Mcpherson at Ardent House for the homemade pancakes yesterday morning, they didn’t hang around for long!

‼️CORONA VIRUS UPDATE / PLEASE READ‼️
As from today (23/03/2020), we will be operating at reduced hours due to the volume of demand we have for home deliveries.
OUR REVISED HOURS:
Mon: 7am – 1pm
Tues: 7am – 1pm
Wed: 7am – 1pm
Thurs: 7am – 1pm
Fri: 7am – 1pm
Sat: 7am – 1pm
Sun: Closed
After we close at 1pm each day, we will be restocking, preparing and then delivering orders.
We urge you to use our delivery service as it will limit foot traffic within our shop which gives a smaller chance of infection spreading.

Following the recent outbreak of COVID-19, we have been closely following guidelines from the Scottish Federation Meat Traders Association (SFMTA) and have been in discussion with a representative of Hopeman Community Association about the effect Coronavirus has and what we can do to prevent further infection around our community.
We have always offered FREE LOCAL DELIVERY but we are now using this platform to promote this service much more in such an important time.
All products supplied by W. Reid Butchers are freshly prepared on the premises with every member of staff holding adequate food hygiene certificates, deliveries will also be made in a refrigerated vehicle keeping your order at the correct temperature and as safe as possible.
