After what has felt like a lifetime we are delighted to say that as of tomorrow, Monday 1st June, we are open!
While we adjust to our “new normal” our customers safety is our top priority so we kindly ask that you follow our guidelines below to keep everyone and our community safe!
So my lovelies, here is our new way of working…..
🌸 CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES 🌸
Simply place your order over the phone or Facebook and we will deliver to your loved ones while following strict social distancing measures.
🌸 ONE HOUSEHOLD 🌸
It is expected that a majority of orders will be placed via phone or online but we understand that orders for bereavements and condolences need privacy, time and a listening ear. To allow for this we have adjusted the shop layout to adhere to social distancing and we kindly ask that only 1 household is in the shop at a time, if when you arrive at the shop we are dealing with another customer please take a seat on our benches outside and enjoy the view…someone will be with you as quickly as we can!
🌸 PPE & HYGIENE 🌸
We take this very seriously and additional cleaning measures are in place throughout the working day and after every customer. Hand sanitizer is available for you to use on entering the shop! Also please don’t be alarmed if you see me in a mask, gloves and a visor…it’s called the lockdown look 😎
🌸 HONESTY BOX 🌸
We will be operating an honesty box system outside the shop with “grab & go” bunches! Simply sanitize your hands, pick your bunch and pop your money in the box…most importantly please don’t forget to give us a shout and a wave..we have missed you all!
If you feel we have missed anything or you have any questions please just ask! All local business are trying their best to adjust to this crazy new world we have found ourselves in, so we appreciate your patience while we get back on our feet!
